MISSY ELLIOT Has Some Advice For Artists Working On Their Second Album

Legendary rap icon, Missy Elliot has tabled out some advice for music artists in the game. 

The "Get Your Freak On" rapper posted on twitter saying " Sophomore albums are a very PIVOTAL time for artists" She further continued "It's the best album to experiment on ! Don't be afraid"

Her series of tweet further goes : Listen CLOSELY! Go with the songs you feel you should drop not what everyone else suggest! You the Artist must FEEL it YASELF because YOU are the one that have have to SELL it & CONVINCE ppl it’s HOT. Go with your GUT! Fearless.”

Elliot's second album " Da Real World " was released in 1999 after her first album "Supa Dupa Fly".

"Da Real World" went platinum by 2000. She had a cabinet of albums after that " Miss E...so addictive", 2002 's "Under Construction", "This is Not a Test" (2003) and "The Cookbook" ( in 2005).

She has also bagged about 4 Grammy awards.

The rapper has featured on recent songs like "levitating" with Dua Lipa(2020), and "ATM" with Bree Runway(2021). She has a hollywood walk of fame star in 2021, along with Ciara and Lizzo , with the later complementing her on a speech "...We Don't deserve Missy Elliot"
