One of the victims of Robert Kelly - a woman named Joycelyn Savage - has claimed that she and the R&B crooner are engaged. "My name is Joycelyn Savage, and I'm Robert Kelly's fiance" , states Savage in a letter addressed to Judge Ann Donelly, from documents obtained from HollywoodLife. This letter seems to have been written on June 13, two weeks before Kelly had been sentenced to 30-years on sex-trafficking  and racketeering charges. The woman also claimed that the relationship between the two of them was "amazing" . Notable singer, R Kelly might feel the pressure or feel "dehumanized", by the suicide watch placed on him, but his detention area in Brooklyn is not coming to terms with this. To respond to his lawsuit regarding his home, the US Attorney at Brooklyn, New York filed papers that claim that Kelly must remain in custody "for his own safety" after a psychological assessment that was done on him.  Melanie Speight, US Attorney writes that he has been sentenced to the next three decades in prison. She also mentioned about his future trial in Chicago for another criminal trial , relating to child pornography.
